One Chase Manhattan

The One Chase Manahattan skyscraper served as the vehicle for an adaptive re-use project. The building was programmed and designed based on research conducted about the existing building and its surrounding neighborhood while thinking about self-sustaining systems. Our research began by looking at accessibility to transportation, restaurants, hotels, and other demographics of the surrounding area. This research influences the spaces that were chosen to inhibit the building.
